Way to Ruin an App

This app was terrific but some moron decided to update it and now it sucks. When you click on a ticket to get the location / view info it goes straight to the sales cart. Someone needs to be fired for ruining this once great app

Tried to scam me, withheld my payment

They refused to pay me due to a technical error on their end. They knew it was their error yet still repeatedly refused to pay me and refused to provide explanation as to why they were withholding payment. They don’t answer their phone and only intermittently answer support emails, and when they do respond to emails, it’s only with generic, unhelpful responses. I will never use this company again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
