Coupons don’t show up.

Know what’s frustrating? Seeing signage at your Tide store saying that there are great coupons in the app and mine DONT show up. It literally errors out. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, reset my phone, and no luck. Next time I’ll drive 25 minutes out of my way to visit the Wellington Tide store that is staffed instead of the kiosk, in hopes that they can apply the coupons manually. But since my clothes are at the automated kiosk I get to pay full price if I want them back tomorrow. I really would have loved that 20% off. Update: I was able to go into the other Tide store and a very nice employee was able to give me a $15 off coupon manually. So kudos to Tide!! …but no stars to the app.

Coupons don’t come up

Coupons are not accessible, so now I get to pay full price

Useless app.

I deleted the app years ago because when I tried to log in it didn’t work. Fast forward to today. I reinstalled the app. Tried to log in and it wouldn’t let me. Tried to reset my password and all I get is an error message. Deleted app, again.

Buggy and slow

This app is full of bugs and so slow. Seriously annoying.

App doesn’t display coupon images

The app offers coupons, but it doesn’t display the coupon images so you have no idea what the offer is for each code. It seems to be impossible to find anyway to submit feedback app support. If you click app support in the Apple App Store, it just takes you to the tide website which doesn’t offer any support whatsoever for the app.

A bit buggy

The main bug that is quite annoying is I keep getting signed out so I do not get notification about the status of my orders and I have to login in with 2 factor authentication just to check the status of my orders

Pricing only available on app?

I shouldn’t have to download an app for every single store and Company just to get pricing—- put it on your website!

Pathetic

Useless app. I entered zip 34236 (Florida) and it came up with stores in IL

App doesn’t work!

I tried logging in and reset my password. They claim they will send me an email and/or text and I get neither. I bragged to my wife about the service and now I cannot get on the app!

App doesn’t work!!

Why does the app ALWAYS fail to connect??? What’s the point of even having an app. I expected a better functioning app from a company this big.

They make my shirts look like they’re new again

If I could give them a score of six, I would, by far the best dry cleaner I have ever used. However, the cleaning their clothes which obviously is from Tide Soap with my shirts brand new again. If you want it done right this is the right place to go. Very polite, honest, good organization..

Literally the Worst

They have a customer service period of literally 5 hours 10 am - 3 pm CST M-F. I gave them so many chances and opportunities. Tried them 6+ months ago but their app was so buggy and incorrect (couldn’t input things like credit cards, or location at the time). Got so frustrated I gave up (customer service confirmed they couldn’t put credit cards in too it’s such a joke). Attempted earlier this week to try again. Still very buggy. In Chicago in a building with Tide lockers. Downloaded new app. Says closest location to me is like 30 miles away? It’s pathetic. Customer service takes 24 hours to email you back. Claims it’s my fault and that I need the new app (I literally deleted it and redownloaded straight from the App Store). I don’t imagine they’re going to get business since no one in my building has ever been able to use it. And they don’t care about the customers apparently since they don’t want anyone’s business and have non-existent customer service. Just forget it… going to a different dry cleaner they are too difficult to work with. Sad.

Awful. Can’t sign up.

Couldn’t even get past signup. Repeated error when giving payment info. Lame.

App Not Working

Called and complained. Still not working.

Awful

New to app but not technology. Unable to login

Terrible app

Entered for my items to be washed and folded when I dropped off my items, the app changed everything to be dry cleaned causing a massive increase in rates. There’s no way to verify ticket info as it’s changed. Delivery dates are way off. How could such a huge corporation have such a terrible app???

Update:
Customer service told me to delete and reinstall the Tide app so that my order would be updated. I did that, and now I can’t log in or even choose a location. How frustrating!

Won’t let me enter payment info

Won’t let me enter credit card info. I’ve tried many different times with two different cards with correct name and address and and keeps saying token unsuccessful.

Latest Version Crash

App has been good lately until this latest version. Cannot even login. Crashes after the login error.

Terrible

This app is terrible. Will not let you override with local coupons if you click redeem on a
Coupon in the app. Prices are higher by comparison which is why they offer coupons in the first place. The convenience of an app is not worth the disparity in pricing

Non-existent customer service

I'm sure this varies by location, but my experience is what it was. I used this service one time, and one of my returned shirts had a button torn off. No big deal at that point, as that can happen sometimes (though a good dry cleaning service replaces a damaged button before returning the shirt).

The real issue, however, is that despite several attempts, I was never even able to get a hold of customer service to fix the shirt. Multiple calls to the designated person in charge of the route, calls to the location that was shown to handle my dry cleaning, etc. I did connect with the national customer service chat, who said all they can do is have the local reps reach out to me, which never happened.

For that much effort just to fix a button (to no avail), I can't imagine the headache of trying to deal with this company if something more significant happens, such as if my clothes go missing. Not worth it.
