BUILT FOR REAL CYCLE LENGTHS Most trackers hardcode ovulation to day 14, which is wrong for almost everyone. Tides anchors ovulation to 14 days before the next period — the medically-standard approach — so predictions stay accurate whether your cycle is 21 days or 35. Period duration and PMS duration are independently configurable.
