They will not do return pickup and ask you to courier through Indian Speed post. Don’t buy from this app.

Over all the experience of using their app is good
But there is on Wishlist option either one should directly just buy out or just see
It would be great if you guys add Wishlist option
And talking about the product quality and collection you have great collections and as a customer I loved it

Unable to change email

It took a wrong email address automatically and now not allowing to change. The app should allow changes email address and validate it. Unable to make purchases because of this.

Poor delivery management

Every company has an option to redirect the courier to the preferred address. Previous order went to Mumbai which was asked to redirect to Banagalore and it seems this feature is not available and hence had to process refund and then again buy new to get it delivered at Bangalore. So my money is stuck for 5-7 days and new amount for purchase is being paid by me. Pathetic customer service. Make your experience customer centric. Or else all will prefer and go to partner portals like Myntra etc not downloading your apps due to poor delivery and basic issues not being corrected

Too much bugs

Too much bugs in application.After placing order the menu of order shows empty
Cart get automatically empty after some time
Please resolve this issue for better experience and also coupons are not applicable automatically
