Got most of the things that I want in store and even found those that I couldn’t even think that it would be available in canada.
Zero customer service
They don’t even know how to solve problems or reply to emails. Very bad customer service i have experienced with this app. They take months to solve problems but still won’t be able to fix👎👎👎👎👎. Very disappointed app.
Not receiving OTP
I have a US sin card , I m not able to make a account , please fix this
No reply to resolve issues
Their points system is unclear. I have tried to use my accrued points towards a purchase but when I tried to do that those points just disappeared. Tried to contact their support multiples times but they never even replied to me. Don’t trust the app and I am just going to uninstall it and use other alternatives.

No confirmation email/Receipt for payment
Placed the order however didn’t get any confirmation email/receipt which I needed for my business expense reporting.
