Bafflingly Pointless

They had signs for this app all over the place. First off, it forces you to create an entire account with a 12 character password to even attempt to order even though all the app does is let you order from this one restaurant. Then when I tried to place the order, it says, sorry we’re busy, try the counter. So they made an app to skip the line that only works if there’s no line. Brilliant.

Can’t submit order

I downloaded the app, created an account and tried to place an order but got an error message that there were other people in line and that I needed to try to order again but it doesn’t work. Also I noticed that not all of the menu was on the app.

Useless for Food

Downloaded the app, signed up for an account and then added food for a mobile order and for half an hour I got an error message telling me to just order at the counter. What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t work for its main purpose

Pointless App

Like every other review says this all is pointless because you can’t use it to order food. Why build an app, ask people to use it, then make it impossible to use. Serious redevelopment is needed.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. While you may choose not to purchase a bag when shopping in person, our reusable bags are available for a small fee. This fee helps cover the cost of the bags themselves. For to-go orders, a bag is required to help ensure your items are packaged and transported safely.

Not for food

Avoid using this to order. Tried to submit about 20 times with an error message that they were too busy. Ended up having to the line anyway.

Easy Breezy Cheesy!

A few friends and I visited the creamery last Sunday after a mountain bike ride in Pacific City. We knew there would likely be long lines and we were HUNGRY so we decided to download the app and order lunch on our way up the coast. Despite spotty cell service, the installation went quickly and account set up was straightforward. We got 3 cheeseburgers, each with a couple (correctly addressed) ingredient modifications, and were pleased to find our food ready and waiting for us when we got to the creamery. No waiting in line needed! We grabbed a pint from the freezer, a few spoons and napkins, and were on our way back to Portland within a few minutes. I would love to have more menu items added in the future, but for a busy summer day this worked perfectly.

Buggy obnoxious mess

Haven’t even made it through set up. The app decided an Oregon zip code is not valid and then proceeded to lock any access to account creation. Way to go guys.

Discourage Downloading to order food

The app has a much more limited set of the menu and asks for a lot of information and creates an account. Just order from one of the stands.

Non functional App

I tried attempting to make an account to order food and it’s flat out faulty and does not work. I tried entering a Beaverton zipcode, and the app says my zipcode does not exist.
