The problem is the poor selection of restaurants and café the too many last minute changes that could be avoided if people were informed of the name of the restaurant/ cafe a bit in advance not less than 24 hours.
Also the customer service should pay more attention to the reviews instead they keep proposing over and over the same places disregarding lack of air conditioning level on noise making it so hard to have a conversation or good food.
Also customer service seems to be uninterested in clients comment and suggestions.

USELESS WASTE OF TIME
No matter what log in method I choose, email, Apple, ANYTHING it says I can’t continue because my phone number is in use. So I try to sign in again and it automatically tries to recreate the account and sends me on and endless loop back to the log in number over and over and over and over again no matter what avenue I use to try to recover. Seriously such a waste of time don’t bother downloading it too many bugs to even enter the app. USELESS.

I just wish singles nights in Montreal were not a day where everyone works... Would be much better if it was a Sunday night or Monday night
