Best booking software for small business owners
The desktop version largely beats out the somewhat clunky app, but it works just fine. This NZ company beats all other booking softwares I have here in the US. Used for a tutoring business in SoCal, I would be lost without this company
Massage Clinic owner, Check carefully before ising
1. There are no feature for couple massage. They make it harder to book. 2. They shows about setting Tier price for therapist but this is so terrible if you have staff who so talent and can do a lot of services this widget will blocked their talent on the system. 3. Report. There are a lot of report but there are no report that can tell you what date, what time is you busy time of the day , week , year or how many client you got per day per week or period of time!

Poor support & follow up
Software functionality if adequate, although lacks some basic requirements. Reporting is poor and inaccurate causing issues. The main problem is UK support. There are better solutions out there with a willingness to help.
Poor management
I’ve lost access to my timely account both on my computer and phone. Can’t access records nor reschedule appointments. That’s only part of the problem. Contacting support simply does not work. Every single time I’ve had to contact support they say we’re busy but how about scheduling a time. No thanks, I need help right now. This is an ongoing problem that does not exist with other programs in this industry. It’s cheap for a reason

App not responding
Great app, just never opens on the first open- I have to swipe it up and get rid of it then re open for it to work
