Best timesheet and invoice app in one!
I love this app! It’s so hard to find a decent time tracking app. (That isn’t price gauging you)
And this is the best because it’s so easy to use, affordable, and you can track expenses and invoice. All so easily.
I do wish that instead of having to re-enter the client information every time you have a different project, you could just select the client and add a new project.

Bug
I’ve used app for a year my auto renewal happed in February. I’ve just recently tried to set up another week and it goes to a renewal page then crashes. Deleted app and re downloaded also unsubscribed and re subscribed still the same outcome. Shame as I enjoyed using the app🙄

I changed my review from 1 star to 3 1/2. I would give it more if there better were ways to customize and manage. That being said this is a GREAT timekeeper for the price. I am a freelancer and cannot afford the project management time keepers out there, but I can trust Timesheet PDF to keep accurate time and I then download the .pdf timesheets and customize them myself. ALSO, the developers have been great with the issues I have had. If you are on a tight budget I highly recommend this app.

BUGGY on Mac
There is no way to see your account to stop auto-renew. I have to restart just to switch clients. This is a terribly annoying app, slows my workflow in a bug way.

I don’t understand how there isn’t any instructions to add expenses.

I was looking for a simple & easy way to keep time and print out a timesheets for payroll. This is perfect! Customer service is excellent as well! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Timesheet PDF has made my bi-weekly timesheet tracking simple, consistent, and clear. I am so pleased with the ease of data entry and the incredible flexibility. There is a variety of customization and tweaks to make your timesheets exactly how you want them. I am using Timesheet PDF for hour and income tracking more so than invoicing, so being able to move things around and apply taxes and expenses with different labels has been incredibly useful. The best part is that the customer support is THE BEST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. This is an extraordinarily useful and well supported app that works seamlessly (with correct iCloud backups) between my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook.

The app is very nice, but we need more details to be added for the employees or guests like ID no. ID expiry date also reports related to that

thanks Walid. There are several fields under Settings that you could use to store this information such as 'subheading' or the line # fields. These are displayed on the timesheet. thanks.

I like the App!
I like the app. We are a small business with less than 5 employees but I’m the only one that keeps track of the guys times during the week. This app has been the best solution I’ve found where I’m able to keep track of multiple employees times with different pay rates per hour!
The only downfall I have with this app is it’s syncing capability between the app on different devices. I have it on my iPhone and iPad but I have to duplicate time sheets for my guys in each to keep them organized.

Overtime
Manually adding over time multiplier , depending on the time and day I get paid differently on ot would be nice to have that feature of changing the multiplier, it was there before

Hi, Please update to the latest release which fixes the displayed range when the week is commenced on a Saturday. Swipe left to delete a shift. thanks
Not worth it
$6 per year for this crap? I can make an excel spreadsheet work better and more efficient than this.
Great app for regular working folk
App calculates regular shift hours which is great. The app also calculates overtime which is also great. However the app doesn't calculate double time and holiday pay which is a let down. I work a lot more than 8 hours therefore I need different multipliers for OT and DT to kick in for one single shift.

Hi, You can add additional shifts with the overtime. Tap the more button (3 dots) for the shift where the overtime rate can be modified. If you need further help please contact us via the app. thanks

Excellent app and support
I have been using this program to log billable hours for multiple projects/clients for the last 8 or 9 months. It was exactly what I had been looking for when I began using. I hadn’t even thought about how well it was working for me until I had an issue, and it wasn’t working. I contacted customer support through email and had a response within the day. It took a few emails back and forth, but their support was on top of things and guided me to a resolve. That day of it not working made me realize how well it functions for me.
