Unsubscribe
I would like to unsubscribe but now I must contact them through email etc. I’m sure it’s possible for them to be able to allow us to do this on the app or something.

Compared to the previous version, this is light on actual news. Many of the items are duplicated and unlike the previous version which had sections, this is simply a summary with perhaps one or two articles

After calling the subscription office last week, I was told to delete my existing app and download the new app, which I have done.

Upgrade not working
Since the App was revamped a couple of days ago, I am unable to sign in. I repeatedly get a message “we can’t sign you in at the moment, try again later”. Very frustrating indeed, as I am travelling abroad and am battling to keep up to date on news at home.
Sunday times app experience
It is the worst app. As a subscriber, I have to sign in every time by re-subscribing. App has been updated but experience is worse than the previous App.

Sooo difficult to use
I have subscribed for years. But I regularly am unable to access the Sunday Times due to computer glitches. Now I am unable to access Premium news items. I have no idea why.

This App has been inaccessible since the past weekend with absolutely no remedy in sight.

App is broken after update
On both iPad and iPhone, when opening the app there is an error message 'This application service is currently unavailable'. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no change. This is really frustrating as it was working perfectly BEFORE the latest update!!
You can’t rotate the app on iPad
Why make an app for iPad if you can’t even rotate it. No one reads articles or books on iPad in portrait mode. I wold give it zero stars if it was possible.

The app is not user friendly. Of all the apps on my phone, Times Live is the worst. So sad really because I have been an subscriber to the Sunday Times for a very long time

Awful App
This app is riddled with bugs. The app stops scrolling smoothly, then freezes, then crashes, or will need to be restarted… every single time I open it. It is poorly designed with the back button being black font on black banner, have to guess where to touch to go back to the list of articles. Deleting off my phone.
