I am not receiving any notifications (call, messages, etc.)on watch.

Hi User, We offer our sincere apology for the trouble. Please follow the below-mentioned steps: For IOS users:- Step 1- Open the app> Go to more> watch settings> Enable the watch notification options. Step 2- Go to phone settings>Bluetooth>My device> Timex app> tap on connected (i)> share system notifications enable Phone settings> Timex Fit> Notifications> Allow Notifications. If the issue persists, kindly write to us at customer.support@coveiot.com, along with the phone model details & we will connect with you immediately on this. Thanks.
