I tried this app for the first time, and honestly, it was an incredible experience

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Tinker (Aventura Mobility, LLC) is a deceptive platform. I was double-charged for a service that never connected.
Despite their own support team confirming in writing on June 11th that my refund was approved, they never processed the funds. When I demanded they honor this commitment, they retaliated by suspending my account without cause, claiming a "violation of terms." This is a classic fraud tactic: take your money, provide no service, and ban the customer to hide the evidence when they fight back.
They are holding my funds in bad faith. I have already escalated this as a formal case of merchant fraud to the Attorney General and the FTC. If you value your money, stay away. This company is running a fraudulent scheme.

I got it just to figure out how to get just one bolt out because it has been over ten years since I had done this one job on this particular engine I am a mechanic with over 20 years of experience but since I moved to a different state with limited tools because my main tool set is 18 hours away from me and at my mother’s place tools I have had since college/tech school I thought that this app would be of better value and help welp back to the bulletin boards for techs and they want you to pay for advice how bout a free side where we the people bounce ideas off each other to better get the job done

Registration took 2 min and the actual inspection. Less than 7 min I got very good agent to assist me named Steve nothing more to say absolute satisfaction and inspection done less than 10 min thanks guys!

Was excited for an app that would help with advice and connecting to mechanics, well it’s not free, why does everything have to cost money, what happened to helping out the community from the goodness of our hearts, we need love again
Not clear about car models supported by uber and unfair charge
This app is charging you without letting uou know that your car model is not supported by uber while the age restriction should stop them from running this before making sure the car year is not accepted! Very unfair and not good!

Awesome idea
Would totally love to write a better review as a mobile mechanic not having to pay for some service to give you car information dosnt sound awesome to me. Would definitely a better review if I could get past the set up! It’s happy to let me put in all my information other than my email address and wouldn’t let me go any further. Trying this out on iOS so I’m not sure if that’s the issue but I would still try out your app even despite these issue!
