hi Brittani, we designed the whole experience so that you can try out and see if it’s a good fit for you. “You can’t access the app at all without purchasing the subscription” goes directly against what you mentioned “yes it has 7 days free”. Plus, even if you decide to cancel you can still use the free features, but for premium features like unlimited uploads, memory generation, you do have to be a subscriber. Otherwise it’s impossible for us to pay for our developers and our server costs

Hi Annabel, Thanks for the review. Unfortunately we have to pay for the servers and as a team of dads and moms, we also have family to feed. You can also try out the app and if it’s not a good fit, you can still use it for free. The AppStore page also has enough information for in-app subscription.
