Good experience
Tiqmo feels practical and not overcomplicated. I had one small delay but the app worked fine after.
Convenient
Good app for daily payment stuff. I like that the buttons and sections are easy to follow.
Solid app
Nothing fancy to complain about. Opened it, checked the options, and it felt clear from the start.
Useful features
It has the basic things I expected and the flow is easy. Would be even better with faster loading sometimes.
Fast payments
I mainly care about speed, and Tiqmo has been good so far. No random errors on my side.
Nice design
The app looks clean, not messy like some banking apps. Setup was pretty straight forward.
Good for travel
Helpful if you are in Saudi and want a simple way to handle payments. The app feels secure enough to trust.
Clean and simple
The layout feels modern and easy to understand. Took me only a minute to find what I needed.
Easy wallet flow
Pretty smooth app for quick wallet use. I liked that it did not make me dig through too many screens.

الفكرة جميلة وكانت ستكون أجمل في حال أن الزائر للملكة يمكنه الاستفادة منها
Fake Cash Back
If you’re traveling they will block your account and card for security protection as they said and the will never reactivate it. All of this it seems to me because of cash back so you will not spend more money.
Again if you travel don’t put your self at risk. This is my story!

Getting Refund is a big problem… No Customer Care Support…No email response…
Obtaining a refund has been a major challenge. Despite the refund being issued by a government institution like the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), which has confirmed the transaction, TIQMO has yet to acknowledge receiving the amount even after 15 days.
