Very rough
Very juvenile and quirky app. Doesn’t remember you. Big X in top left corner!? Tiny fonts. This is not the creation of a professional coder.
Needs work
The read receipts are a lie . I got them when I know for a fact the sender hadn’t opened or read . The text is too small on the app and there’s no simple UNREAD tab .
Ridiculous interface
No matter what I do the app first opens a full screen page where you have to sign-in. There is no obvious means of getting it to remember who you are like just about every other program I have used.
That’s not the worst of it. Once signed in you are presented with a window roughly one third the width of the screen and perhaps half the height. However the contents of the window are shown full size meaning most of the contents is not accessible including the menu bar
If you happen to touch that window it is very likely to slide down your screen and disappear. Because of that you have to sign in all over again.
I’m going back to outlook, which performs the way you expect.

Love it!
I was tired of using other mail services and integrating with programs like mailbutler. Then I found Titan Email. It simplified everything for me and my life is forever changed. If you have a Titan account and run a business, this is hands down the best app. I love tracking my message opens, file downloads, and the signatures are wonderful. Highly recommended app!

Broadcasting issues…
It is nice that you can see when/if people opened the email you sent, but blocking your sent email because a few “valid addresses” from business cards came back? Frustrating!

Good Overall Experience
I started using Titan recently and, overall, I've had a good experience. The setup was quick, and the interface is simple enough that I didn't have to spend much time figuring things out. Everything I've tried has worked smoothly so far. There are a few areas that could be improved, but nothing that's been a major issue for me. Overall, I'm happy with it and would keep using it. If you're considering trying Titan, I'd say it's worth checking out.

Some time I don’t see the email on front page and I have to put specific date to see it then it shows up wording why?
Need to login each time app closes
Great app - but a bit sucky that you get logged out each time you close the app. Takes a while to login each time (GoDaddy based account). But I’m hopeful this is a planned update in future.
Should be able to add more than 25 accounts into the app.
Can you guys increase the limit from 25 to 50 onto the app. The app is great.

Good but i have a notice and please it would be much better if you have added sound notification customization so we can change the sound notification like other platforms

It’s okay
I was excited to have a calendar when I got this email for my business. The calendar is the worst I’ve ever used. It doesn’t allow me to enter events but it’ll take them right out of emails. It’s just annoying to waste my time with it.
