Crashes upon open
Always crashes now. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn’t help.
Too many glitches
This app is so frustrating to work with. Every time I open the app to upload documents, it will let me upload a few then gives me an error message. Once it gives me an error message, I’ll wait a few minutes to try again but to give me the same message. I have to wait hours before trying again. How is someone suppose to get the help they need when the app is literally preventing them from doing that.

Cookies
So I’m trying to put my bank account info in and couldn’t! It was saying that cookies are blocked but I looked and my browser allows them. Good app I just don’t like paying $7 extra dollars to make a payment
New updates are super sleek
Wasn’t a fan of the old app but it got the job done. The new updates are super sleek and easier to use. Instant balance and thumbprint log on, sweet. Good job.

There are two things I really like about the new app.
1. Credit score tracking. In the app you can get a soft pull with feedback stating what makes up your score and it charts your score.
2. Fingerprint sign in. It speeds up looking at your transactions and balances on the go.
