Avoid at all costs
Simply unreliable. Will fail to load during popular events which is exactly when you’d want to use it. Too rigid with multiple devices registration limit as someone who travels a lot.
Slow and Choppy - world cup
Paid for the worldcup package, all the matches kept stopping, and slow, and I have to keep refreshing. Internet is fast but the app is just too bad.
Just Avoid
Find literally any other option. Stream freezes every 10 minutes on anything live, forcing you to close then reopen the content. Support is laughable, talk to an AI chatbot who then ‘puts you through’ to an agent, except you end up just waiting until your session times out. They give you a token email the next morning asking you to raise a ticket if the issues are still existing, but there’s no way to raise a ticket via email, only via the chatbot, and you’re back to square one. Strongly suggest to avoid and pick literally any other option.

Connection Dropping
The worst experience I had with a paid service. I payed a fair amount to watch the world cup games and in every game the connection drops at least 10 times. The worst experience was during the Egypt vs. Argentina game, where the connection dropped like 20 times before completely disconnecting and not starting again despite me closing the app and reopening it, and checking my connection which was fine. Horrible service 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very bad connection when there is an important football match. I don’t recommend it at all
World Cup games interrupted
The World Cup games keep interrupting because of exceeded device limit but it’s not true, I only have two devices logged in, I tried everything the bot says, and when I try to reach for customer support, no one answers, it’s very frustrating!!!

Need Critical Update
The current TOD Mobile app has fatal flaw at the moment, whereby it doesn’t remember correctly login details and gets stuck in a closed loop that does not allow access to app, even to allow logout. Only way to logout or reset, is to completely uninstall the app, reinstall and re-login.
This has been forced on my more than 5 times on my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

I subscribed because I wanted to watch the World Cup but the stream actually lags a lot so I had to refresh a lot .

You’re charging $150 just for the FWC and $25 per game!!!!meanwhile FOX ONE is ONLY $20 a month and I can watch any game on it. Your app doesn’t even show me the packages when try to subscribe. You still thinking that you’re the only who streaming the game like in the Middle East??

Doesn’t work!!
The app is not working, continues to give message: “an error occurred, please try again later” also when trying to use “App Support” in the App Store, the browser says “this site can’t be reached” … it’s impossible!

Buffers way to often ruining the experience. Casting does not work. I expect a more professional and clean application from bein especially being the sole provider in the UAE but this app is not it unfortunately.
