Bought tickets, noted error in confirmation email less than 60 mins after purchase and paying extra for cancellable tickets. NO REFUNDS. Only a voucher valid for 12 months. I live in Australia and won’t be back inside 12 months to use. They don’t care. Avoid - book direct with the venue and avoid fees and dumb policies
