Fix your app

I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now to get tickets to any show and the app does not load. The app shows as a blank screen flashing in and out. I’ve tried everything such as app updates, phone software updates, and restarting my phone. I keep getting marketing emails to enter in the same lottery every day now so I wonder if multiple other users are having issues.
