I use this for my small business and in my personal life and it’s such a great tool for doing asynchronous work across teams as well as assigning tasks to your hubby without having to have a big convo about it! 😂
Was great until it wasnt
This app was very useful and simple, all of the sudden it just stopped working. I cannot reorganize the tasks at all which sucks greatly.

I have been using Todoist and really like the product, but I ran into a critical bug that locked me out of my account.
My original account was created via Sign in with Apple. When I tried to update my account email address, I accidentally typed in an incorrect email address that belongs to someone else. Todoist sent the verification email to that wrong third‑party address.
Now I cannot log in with my original Apple account anymore. I also cannot log in using that wrong email since it is not mine. I have no way to complete the verification step and regain access to my Todoist data.

The updated pro version of Todoist is fabulous. I don’t know why I waited so long. It is way more accurate than or any other form of dictation it just bypasses all that stuff regardless of whether you’re on a Mac or on iOS it just works !!!🤪

This is one of the most useful apps I have! I use it multiple times a day to keep track of what I need to do. It has a simple interface and is easy to use. I just can’t live without it!

Downloaded it off the suggestion from a friend. Was looking to upgrade from pen and paper lists. Used the free trail for just a few days and quickly subscribed to the Pro version. It’s very user friendly and easy to jot things down on the go.

This is my most used app (even more than tik tok) if you have adhd or like to plan meticulously this app is amazing. I use it as a calendar, grocery lists, to do lists, journal, tracking habits, activities/places/restaurants I want to visit, etc. Currently at the grand master level 😊 Can’t recommend enough!
