Buffering
This app is constantly buffering. Half of the time I can’t even see what my account balance is. They need to do better. Shouldn’t be that hard to see how much money is in my bank account.

I deal with many banks, this is by far the worst app I have ever used. Fails on a consistent basis.

It will make me retake a perfect picture 5 times with all the right endorsements and everything and it won’t even cash it so I have to do it in person
How can they even be a bank!!!
Did a simple transfer. It went through 5 times. 5 days later they still can’t figure out how to straighten it out. Told me to update the app. There is NO UPDATE on the Apple Store. Just terrible. Gonna have to close my accounts and start all over at a new bank.

Transactions Do Not Show Up Well…
When I check my bank sometimes it says I gain like a dollar then show up some transactions from a few days on top instead of my recent transactions.

Can’t view messages
On the phone app, there is a button to send a new secure message, but I can’t find any way to read messages on already existing threads.
Online App banking
Works good sometimes except the online check deposit! Kind of sketchy
Mobile deposit is awful
It has become very difficult to process any mobile deposit without the check being rejected. I had to write mobile deposit on the back of my check three times in order for your system to understand.
I like my bank
Could use a walk up atm at Brewster branch.

The greatest customer service around. I notified the bank on Labor Day that my card had been compromised. They immediately responded via the app on the holiday. I am so grateful for the quick response and resolution to my problem.
Transaction
Take too long to see all your transactions for the day and the worst part 99% of all banks are using Zelle that makes transactions easy the Tompkins DONT provide this kind of services

Although there are funds available, I received an insufficient funds notification.
