Horrible app
Their waitlist feature has absolutely horrible UX. They’ll drop you from the waitlist with no chance to stay in so ultimately you’ll just end up waiting on premises anyway.
Policy Problems on App
I just want to book a one-hour bay, but the app forces a two-hour minimum even when the venue isn’t busy. That’s frustrating and doesn’t make sense. Customers should be able to book one hour when there’s plenty of availability. This policy makes me less likely to use Topgolf.

This app is actually so cool. So handy and it’s awesome it can be a remote as well so you can enjoy the game and golf. 10/10
App doesn’t work
Tried booking a bay today, I usually have no issues with this app. However it’s not even loading in, I can’t see any times available. I also can’t book anything online, and when I call to see if I can book with an actual employee the automated system just says “booking can only be done online”
How do you guys expect us to book online if NO ONLINE platforms work!!

I’m at a TopGolf, on their WiFi network, and I can’t order food or drinks through the app. I’m not satisfied.
Clarity
The directions for the summer pass could be clearer with an alert that clearly states when an individual is booking out side the summer pass times.

Performance Options
Having an option to request your server via the app would be really helpful. It’s frustrating to need a refill or something not easily ordered via the app, but the server isn’t outside. With the in app ordering the servers tend to come around less often.
Not So Fun Fun Pass
The fun pass doesn’t cover times when people would typically want to golf so it’s been an added cost with no benefit
