So many bugs
What is an external api error!!!!???? I try making reservations. I try to give you money. Your app is flawed. Your mobile ordering sucks. Your reservations suck. Walk in works every time.
Easy booking, access to promos, always evolving
Definitely fastest way to book a bay, and I like having access to whatever promo was going on in the promos area. Also, like how often this thing continues to evolve with features and capabilities I care about.
Unable to book longer than 2 hours
Seems dumb. If I want 4 hours I need to make two adjacent bookings and move bays? Genius. They can’t adjust if you call.

App is quick, VERY simple, and has a “queue” type system where even if they are fully-booked you get in within a reasonable amount of time, like less than an hour both times I tried on a Friday & Saturday night. You can “enter” the queue before you leave your home to go there. 5 stars
App doesn’t identify certain venues
It was pretty pointless as Watford or Surrey don’t come up on the app
Horrible app
Their waitlist feature has absolutely horrible UX. They’ll drop you from the waitlist with no chance to stay in so ultimately you’ll just end up waiting on premises anyway.
Policy Problems on App
I just want to book a one-hour bay, but the app forces a two-hour minimum even when the venue isn’t busy. That’s frustrating and doesn’t make sense. Customers should be able to book one hour when there’s plenty of availability. This policy makes me less likely to use Topgolf.

App doesn’t work
Tried booking a bay today, I usually have no issues with this app. However it’s not even loading in, I can’t see any times available. I also can’t book anything online, and when I call to see if I can book with an actual employee the automated system just says “booking can only be done online”
How do you guys expect us to book online if NO ONLINE platforms work!!

I’m at a TopGolf, on their WiFi network, and I can’t order food or drinks through the app. I’m not satisfied.
Clarity
The directions for the summer pass could be clearer with an alert that clearly states when an individual is booking out side the summer pass times.
