Terrible app and the support requires you to contact a WhatsApp group that regurgitates nonsense. Deceptive service and pricing. Too bad there’s a monopoly in place. Citizens deserve better

This app is an absolute waste of time. Half the time it doesn’t open. It eats up the credit/data, doesn’t allow for much except payments which are even very restricted. Rubbish

I will make a payment it takes the money off the card and send a message that there was an error but the money is gone off the card.Don’t try to call customer service they can’t help.

Love the fact that it’s not too much competitions to make a WiFi payment. If I’m here or overseas it works I love that
