A RESPONSE FROM NSI WOULD BE NICE! My story: Got a WFOP2 outdoor plug through my husband’s work when these first hit the market. It was an easy set up and we loved it immediately. So much that we bought a 2nd outdoor plug and gave many away as gifts to friends and family! We also bought a couple of the indoor plugs. One of our outdoor plugs fried recently during bad weather so we bought a replacement. And that’s when the problems began. I have followed all instructions and tried every trick to get the new one to connect to the app but have failed every time. I’ve even returned the device for a replacement and that one will not connect. Messages in the Help Center have gone unanswered. Phone calls to their support center get dumped into a voicemail. It’s like NSI has just abandoned this product line and app altogether. Yet they are still selling them at regular prices. If you’ve got old ones already connected to the app, they will continue to work. However save your money and sanity from buying any new ones. They will be nothing more than an expensive paperweight. 😡

Absolute junk!
App does not ask for Bluetooth permission and there’s no way to grant through settings so the device cannot be added via WiFi. Called tech help and they act like they’ve never encountered the issue even though I see that others have the same problem. Fix the app, train your help desk and stop selling this product until the issues are resolved

Bluetooth permission is broken
App never ask for bluetooth permission which render $115 timer useless because never been able to add in app. I already checked permission in iphone privacy and security setting and it never showed up there.
Was working with google but disappeared
So I’ve had this plug from tork for over two years and all of a sudden one day it is out of my Google Home and cannot re-add it as a tork used to be on the Google settings to add a device now tork is no longer there on top of that the way it explains it does not make any sense as there is no way for me to link it as I believe it is already linked. Please help as I cannot find out how to re-add it again.
