I have so many issues using the app. I’ve updated it and redownloaded and it still won’t work. Super frustrating since there’s so much more available online than in store. This is a new problem recently! I’ve been able to use it in the past.

I was approved for a Torrid CC but haven’t been able to use it. I missed out on some good deals because of this

This store always has great clothes to pick from, and the app gives me a chance to see so much more than what is in stores. One of my favorite parts of the app is that the clothing categories actually have an end, so I don’t feel like I missed seeing something I might love.

You should show customers to use their Torrid cash for a year before expiring.
Quality
Torrid has a wonderful selection of styles. My granddaughter and I can both find things that we love. The quality of their merchandise surpasses many others. Have had many items for years and they still look and feel wonderful!

Best Store for Plus Sizes!
I cannot say it enough, there is not a single store out there comparable to Torrid. And this store works for all ages. I’m 55, and I can find the perfect clothes for my professional job on one hand and the perfect clothes for summertime days at the lake or in the sun on the other. Everything has stretch and moves perfectly with plus size bodies - their clothes are high quality and last through many washes. They’re ahead of the games with trends, yet have plenty of timeless styles. U have 2 closets full of Iris clothes. I may buy a thing or two from Macy’s or maybe Old Navy, but 99% of my closet has a Torrid tag. Thank you for making shopping fun for us plus sized ladies!!

The app doesn’t show complete order history. Several orders for 2026 are missing. I shop a lot and reviewing the history prevents duplicate purchases.

It would be nice if you would stop making full polyester fabric clothes.
Rayon or cotton is better.
Also can you make some tall maxi dresses with no seam under the breast. This look is awful for large breasted women.

Every shopping experience at the Schaumburg ILLINOIS towards store is incredible. The staff who is supervised by Nancy are all 100% dedicated to the customers and treat all of us with respect, kindness, and positive energy with great suggestions!!! The clothes are so much fun, and TORRID has beautiful and fun clothes for every event I ever go to! No matter what your age and I am 75 and a plus size, you can really enjoy shopping at TORRID! I’m a very active senior citizen and no matter where I go. People compliment me on my Torrid clothes !With all the sales and the TORRID cash you get so much for your money along with a fantastic shopping experience!
