Super cute stuff but way overpriced for the quality. Big girl stuff is hard to come by so unfortunately sometimes I need stuff from here 🤷🏻♀️ really only worth it when stuff is like 70% off. And even then it’s still pricy compared to other options
Lost my Dolly shirts because your app is ridiculous when using Apple Pay!!!!
There are no other sites or stores where once you double-click “confirm and pay” with Apple, you have to go back and click another button in the app except for y’all!! You even get the ding sound you would normally get once you’ve paid. This leads people to think their purchase is complete. So here I am, waiting for my Dolly shirts to be delivered, only to realize I never even ordered them!!! Of course they are sold out now!!!!😡

Love shopping online at torrid
I was able to buy 6 bras for 120.00 where they do that at the bras are beautiful and they fit slim my back and everything they sell good bras in all sizes and it’s just amazing to find bras to fit thanks so much torrid and keep supplying us with beautiful looking bras enjoy God bless much luv Baby Fri

Broken checkout
App consistently crashes during checkout when tapping Torrid Credit Card as payment method. Was unable to complete purchase. Deleting the app and shopping elsewhere.

Worst app & insane shipping
I do a lot of online shopping and constantly have issues with the app. It’s so slow to load that I usually give up. Absolutely the worst retail app I’ve used to date. Shipping to Canada prices are insane. How they have any clients in Canada at this point is surprising.
Don’t expect your discount for opening card
I was excited to fill my cart and sign up for the card to get the 25% off they were advertising. Got approved and went straight on through to pay for my items and use my discount. When I went to pay, it was asking for a card number. Hmm, it said right above my cart that I was approved and could use my card and discount now. I checked my email, maybe there was something there. Nope, not even an approval letter. So I opened a chat to talk with someone who could help me. I explained the situation and with no other questions asked was told “I understand why you’d want to use your card right away, but if you close or refresh the page the offer is gone”. Ok, well that shouldn’t be an issue because I didn’t do either of those things. Basically after that I was just told the same thing over and over. Another company is in charge of the cards and there was nothing they could do. “Wish I could” she says. The more I think about it, the more I realize that this is probably a script they use all day everyday, and it makes me wonder if anyone ever gets that discount. I went back to my cart just to take a look and noticed that on the payment page and when you’re in your cart, the pages refresh every few minutes ON ITS OWN! Not only does this knock you out of any attempts to use that offer, it also removes any coupon codes you’ve entered into your cart. Pretty dirty practices if you value your customers at all if you ask me. I certainly won’t be keeping an account open after this. I also notice than any percent off offer you put in knocks off any discounts that are being offered automatically. So I wouldn’t be surprised if that 25% off had been useless anyway. If this sort of thing keeps going, I don’t see a very bright future for this company a lot of people have loved over the years. Sad sad day Torrid. Sad day….

Torrid sizes fluctuate and I have jeans that I can’t return.
Sizes fluctuate and when they are marked no refund or exchange and now I have jeans that I’m unable to return to get a different size.
Love Torrid
Torrid is one of the few stores still around where you can still try on clothes in the store. They have great sales, good quality clothes with different styles for everyone! I am obsessed with their graphic T-shirt’s. I have way too many! Still wish more of the tanks would have smaller armpit openings! Otherwise please keep Torrid stores!

My wife loves shopping here and I love buying things for her, but the checkout process is extremely tedious and unnecessarily so.

I love the options at Torrid and how cute the clothes are! Can you fix the bugs in your app? I’m trying to buy some clothes and it won’t let me because of how many issues there are loading the app. Love you though and I hope you fix this soon!
Never works
Torrid app never works. Takes too long to load. I give up and use safari on my phone.
Unable to change country
Prices are shown in US $. When you click on the US flag it just takes you to the login page, even when allowing location and have signed in.
HORRIBLE APP
I have never had so many issues using an app, multiple times my order didn’t go through or the whole thing froze and kept resetting it was horrible. Never again. Not even worth the extra 10 percent to use the app. Do better for your customers!!!
Phenomenal store
I have been to different torrid locations and the clothing is perfectly made. I am in between small and plus size. This store has gave me comfort and confidence. Great experiences all my clothing now only comes from this store. Shout out to the Montebello and South Gate locations

I was intending to make use of the 10% off for the CUSTOMER appreciation event and the app literally doesn’t work at all!!!!
