I’ve been shopping at torrid for years now and I still love their clothes! Most of them are high quality long lasting clothing. They have different styles to choose from such as Festi (Hippie boho style) which I tend to prefer. They also have really comfortable jeans. I love their microfiber underwear. They also have a super soft style. I’m in bed a lot and they are just perfect for me. I need comfortable, edgy, stylish clothes and Torrid is my go to!!

Keeps Stalling
When I’m browsing it will just stall out randomly. But I can’t review my most recent order and i get an error says something went wrong please try again. I’ve been getting it for days I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app still does it doesn’t matter if I tap on last order or the orders from the order page it stalls gives me an error then just spins and you can’t click on anything else. Fix this! I use to love the app used it for years!

Will not open
This app is continuously not working. Just circles and circles! When it does work, you can’t check out. But mostly you can’t even shop, because it won’t load anything. Frustrating.

I love when Torrid’s has deals, but also some of the cutest clothes. I know at times they are high priced but if you work out the sales, Torrid’s cash and rewards it’s amazing how much you save.
After last update has problems
After the last update this thing won’t access any of my order history, rewards, or torrid cash information. I already manually restarted my device, so I’m going to try uninstalling it and reinstalling the app. Still, it would be nice if it just worked.
App Won’t Work
I am avid Torrid shopper and order from the app all the time but suddenly it says that it experienced and error and try again later. I tried deleting and redownloading but it didn’t fix it. And I lost my cart, guess I won’t be spending my money here.
Incomplete address
On the app it showed the correct address but when my package was sent, it wasn’t delivered because it removed the unit #. And now it’s an inconvenience because I have to pay for next day shipping, because I need the item by this Saturday.
Error messages, non functional!
I used to love the app, but now it’s completely non functional. Error messages all over the place and gets stuck. Emptied my cart and I don’t have the time or energy to try to find those items again. Please fix this!

App DONT WORK
This app still doesn’t work properly and it’s been like this over a year now. It’s glitches, it’s freezes or just completely crashes. Only how I can shop torrid is on website and that’s sometimes cause the site sometimes does the same stuff, Torrid is to expensive to not be able to use all platforms that’s suppose to be accessible to its consumers
