Never works
Any time I try to log onto the app, it never works for me. I’ve tried seeing if it needs to be updated, and it doesn’t show anything. It takes FOREVER to load anything. I’ll just use the browser. Much faster.

This app is legit the worst for a store. It never loads right, lags, and crashes constantly. i’ve never written an app review like this, it’s just so frustrating to be led to the app that never works. I do t shop at torrid this way anymore, I use my browser instead now. fix your app!

Payment Issues
I had a very difficult time cashing out. An error message said “Order placed but not confirmed”.
What’s the issue?!?
Is anyone else having problems using the app on an iPhone? My sister and I have been unable to fully open the app for months. It’s perpetually spinning.

I changed my address four different times, but once I placed the order it showed me my old address
Terrible App
I hate this app. It is always so slow. WiFi, no WiFi. My old iPhone, my new iPhone. It is my only app that takes forever to load. I’ve tried uninstalling it too. I don’t understand why it’s so slow.
Used to be great
