Fraud Restaurant
So is Tossin’s actually okay with taking customers’ money without delivering the order? My order was falsely marked as delivered, your staff was rude, and I’m still waiting for my refund since 1 week
Prices same as Swiggy, Zomato
Upfront prices are the same as Swiggy and Zomato, where there is platform commission. They surprisingly don’t exclude it in their own app.
Very Bad Ordering Experience
Money deducted but app mentioned order failed. Waited few minutes with still the same status. Ordered on Zomato and thereafter receiving message from Tossin app that order accepted, causing two orders.

TOSSIN Bani square
TOSSIN Bani square outlet has reduce the quality drastically. Recently ordered pizza and pasta tasted terrible could not finish even half of pasta it was so bad. Previously it use to be my fav place for pastas but now I think I need to search for a better option.
Buyers Beware
Be careful when ordering from them. They don’t take any responsibility for their deliveries. You can either end up with a half decent pizza or a gooey mess.. The Hyderabad Gachibowli branch is a particular nightmare.
No order
I ordered my pizza more than 45 mins ago and it still hasn’t come. The app says the delivery partner is out but no one has come yet. Very disappointed. They aren’t even picking up the phone and it’s disconnected it as well

Deepak Kumar manager of sector 22 Gurgaon was soo rude he delivered me cold pizza without origamo sache and had the audacity to tell me that you have orders wrong from Swiggy despite it was TOSSIN delivery guy who delivered the pizza he was so arrogant I can’t even explain
No points earning
Although it shows that I am a gold member, no points are added for past so many orders throughout the years. No loyalty or direct ordering benefits.
Glitches
App has a lot of glitches. Everything I pay via wallet, It says payment failed but actually it’s accepted. Also, the comments NEVER reach the store. Every time I write an instruction in comment, they restaurant says there is no comment. Please fix the issue. Also what’s 50 bucks for packaging and 50 for delivery. That’s a Lot.

Have been a regular user of the Tossin app and it has never disappointed. Freshly baked pizzas with abundance of cheese served along with dips is just an absolute delight! Love their wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies, especially recommend the Meat lovers pizza🙌🏻❤️

Must say they offer one of the best pizzas, and that too at affordable prices! Loved their wide range of menu, pizzas are very cheesy and a must try!
Wrong Prices on App
App has wrong prices - when you try telling the restaurant that you ordered an 11 inch pizza, they will try to convince you that you ordered a 6 inch one.
Please fix your bugs instead of leaving the customer hungry at 3 AM. The price wasn’t a concern, I wanted an 11 inch pizza. I would have happily paid the restaurant more.
However, you guys changed my order to a 6 inch pizza in spite of the fact that I got billed for 11 inch pizza.

Past order history bug
Can’t view my past orders when i view from previous orders tab. As soon as i click view details on an order the screen goes white and becomes unresponsive. Please fix.

Worst app
I ordered pizza from app and the payment got deducted from my paytm account and the on the app the request time out message came. I tried reaching the outlet on phone but there was no response.

The Service excellence of yummy pizza
While ordering a pizza on line although my address B-7 Safdarjung enclave is stone throwing distance from green park outlet, the app says no service in this area. So I placed a pickup order and requested Mr. Lawrence at the outlet to home deliver. This gentleman home delivered a yummy pizza, very fast and hot. This service was excellent!!!!
