Crowded and not intuitive
For an e-wallet app, it’s almost impossible to find things on this app without having to dig into three or four areas without getting lost. That’s not to include how there’s very similar naming, like MyTravel and the MRT section for monthly pass purchases. Everything else is basically a myth because I have no idea why there are shops, points, or anything that I can’t explicitly use because I have 0 idea what they’re for.
There needs to be someone who can cut out unnecessary sections that aren’t useable. Also, get someone to streamline the payment/money transfer area. Genuinely, what’s the point of Touch N Go when it’s really Six Clicks and Go from how we have to top up our physical and digital wallet separately while also doing mental gymnastics as to how to transfer it back into your bank.

You know registration is the easiest part. But the hell is wrong with the system when I put in my birthdate it kept saying I keyed in wrongly?!? Like bro?!? I keyed my IC number METICULOUSLY and it’s not like I do not know my own birthdate?!?!?!!?????
