App in violation of App Store guidelines.
As nothing more than a link to a website, this app is in violation of guideline 4.2.2 concerning app minimum functionality. As of now, this has been the case for 10 months. Having shown no explicit proof of intent to fix the violation, the app should be removed until their “renovations” are complete.

What’s the purpose of downloading the app if it just takes us to the web browser?

I still love the store but as an app I don’t understand this. It’s not an app, it just sends me to the website. Totally useless. I can cut out the middleman and just go straight to the website. I bookmarked it on my browser and that’s effectively the same thing. You’re better than this TOMO.

My confusion and frustration
I love the variety and different items that you bring that are stylish and different. My frustration and confusion comes from the fact that when I go to the app it redirects me to a website. Then I have to login in order to shop around for new things to add to my man cave. Which begs the question why have the app in the first place if you’re not going to fix the problem? Looking at other comments and base off the timeline it seems it’s the last thing on your totem pole of fixing. High marks for the items, very LOW MARKS for the app. Do better.

Good service, bad app
I love Touch of Modern. I’ve bought several items from their storefront. Good quality, and reasonably priced for the quality.
However, this is an app review. And the app is… pointless. You open it, and it just immediately opens your browser and navigates to touchofmodern.com. What’s the point of an app that does the same thing safari can do natively?

What happened
Like the others say this is terrible. Looked forward to checking the new products each day. Now it sends me to safari and I exit what a bummer.
Going backwards
Not really an App. You do not get access to your orders and history. I will no longer use them.
Fake reviews
How is it that your company has such a terrible reputation and yet your overall review here is 4.5/5? Maybe if you hired a customer support team instead of a fake review team, you wouldn’t have so many issues.

No longer an app
Was a long-time user and bought many things from ToM, including shirts, underwear, tech, and more. Now, opening the app takes you to a website, without as much as a “hey, we’re changing”. Deleting the app, which will take their website out of sight, out of mind. Losing a loyal customer…
Fix the App pls
I love the app. I love the unique products that you have on the app but for some reason for the past six months app hasn’t been working if it’s possible please fix it because I love purchasing stuff from you guys, but I hate going through the website.
