Spent $770 on the Toyota dash cam on my 2025 Tacoma i drive up to Duncan and see a bunch of crazy drivers and I was so excited to have it but as soon as I turned off the truck it disconnected me from the dash cam im very disappointed
Doesn’t Work
I spent almost $1500 to get this dash cam installed on my grand highlander and it’s garbage. 90% of the time it’s not working. I went back to Toyota with complains but they tell me nothings wrong and it should work fine. I wish I could get my money back. Very disappointed

I was not able to us and view the videos its not connecting to my app on my phone. I keep asking from toyota but until now no software update

Tried many times, always says “cannot connect” try for help, get Toyota car ads and find a dealer.

Connecting Issues
Tried connecting the camera with the app for about an hour and have given up. Such a waste! Should be so simple….please fix it
This app is not working properly
I tried to connect the cam with the app for almost an hour and still not working seems like the app and cam have connection issue, so will Toyota do some about it ?
Terrible dashcam
Most horrible dashcam ever made. Connection issues always. Never buy
Unable to use
I would give this app zero stars if that were an option. Terrible connectivity between the dash cam and the app. Riddled with error messages.
