Great app but please change one tiny thing.
The app is great an functional in almost every way except it keeps getting accidentally switched into privacy mode, CONSTANTLY. It would really nice in the app for the option to disable the quick select button for privacy mode. I never want privacy mode on my front doorbell. Thank you.
Relatively Easy to Set Up, Works Well
I hit a snag with my installation, but the troubleshooting tips were spot on, and I soon got past the snag. The camera has worked seamlessly since it was installed.

This is a very good app and I’ve absolutely loved using this and there are no flaws whatsoever, I love how you can adjust the lighting to what ever light setting that you are comfortable with and change it to any shade of colours that you would wish. I also find the timer setting really useful so that at anytime I set it to it could turn on off off at that time and this also really helps me get up for school. Pls get this I strongly recommend it ( it makes your life so much easier) 🩵🩵🩵

iPhone add notifications tones
App is great but when you set an alert it’s the same tone for all the iPhone apps. Android allows different tones for different apps so when you hear a specific tone you know it’s an alters from Tapo not another app.

great cameras 4 the price, I bought 2 a few days ago, so far so good, best of all no cloud subscription if you don’t want 1 just buy sd card up to 512 gb’s…. ur welcome

Arghhhh I’ve paid for your product how dare you harass with annoying adverts in-app and it’s only getting worse. And now super glitchy too!! Bloomin useless! Go with another brand!!!

Great System
App gets stuck
After clicking on a smart device, the app freezes so I need to keep shutting it down and restart before I can go to another device. Tapo app works smoothly than this. Well pretty much all my other apps do. Pls fix this basic bug. Thx.
