No permite usar la app en varios dispositivos

Hola.

Hasta hace poco (en algún momento del 2024) se podía agregar la aplicación desde varios dispositivos; o sea; podía usar mi cuenta en mi teléfono principal y otros secundarios. Ahora no permite hacerlo. Es incómodo si no se carga el móvil principal encima. ¿Podrían volver habilitar esa opción? Gracias

No puede ser posible que no me deje ingresar, todo el tiempo me sale un error, de paso que la necesito para registrar mi dispositivo… demasiado mala, deberían borrarla y unirla a la otra app

Son más las veces que no funciona. Banco mercantil es una decepción total y esta aplicación es un fracaso total.
No pierdan el tiempo con esto, usen otros bancos con aplicaciones mucho más seguras y útiles.
