No se hacen responsables

Hay un montón de personas quejándose, yo incluida, de que la plataforma tiene sus fondos retenidos y no se hacen responsables. Lo único que responden es que la app tiene inconvenientes, pues si esto es así, debían bloquear la plataforma así no perdíamos nuestro tiempo y dinero.
