What's New in Tracked

7.4.1

August 27, 2026

Version 7.4.1 — compare any two sessions, a rebuilt photo compare, a daily checklist, and a long list of fixes to sleep, bodyweight and Health sync. NEW - Compare a session against any earlier session of the same workout, side by side. - Physique photos: page through your whole history and compare any two full screen. - Cream, a new warm light theme (Pro). - A daily checklist you can add to your dashboard, with reminders (Pro). - Reorder workout folders by dragging their header, and the program builder's workout picker is grouped by folder and can create a workout in place. - Reschedule a program day within its week without shifting the rest of the program. - Give each weekday its own nutrition day type, so training and rest days carry their own targets. - AI Quick Add estimates micronutrients and the fat breakdown, is grounded on the food database, and keeps the name you typed. - Recently logged foods are pinned to the top of food search, and you can copy a food that is itself a copy. - Log steps yourself when your phone missed them. - Tempo names all four phases and orients them per exercise, and exercises can be marked alternating so reps are entered per side. - The rest timer alert is time sensitive and plays a real sound, and the Live Activity's -15s and +15s buttons are tappable. - Choose which notifications reach you by category, and a notification opens straight to what it is about. - Fitbit now syncs through Google's new API. FOR COACHES - Review a client's clip by recording your camera and voice over it, or by drawing on it. - A client-scoped active program section, and editing a day asks what the change should apply to. - See a client's exercise progress in their Exercises tab, and their manual steps in your views. - Assign checklist items to a client, lock how they are checked, and set when they start and remind. - See which clients can actually receive your notifications, and filter the client list by it. FIXED - Health sync no longer brings back weigh-ins or step days you deleted. - Manual sleep entry no longer treats time in bed as time asleep. - Your week start comes from your account preference, never the device. - Calibrated TDEE no longer double-converts pounds, and measures your real weigh-in span. - Bodyweight ETA direction, a flat trend told apart from no trend, and streak grace. - A unilateral set counts once toward volume and once in set history. - Isometric holds show in exercise history and are numbered uniquely. - Fixed a lockup when creating an exercise, and exercises refresh after an edit. - Nutrition entries hidden by a bad status show again. - A failed voice log no longer leaves your audio quiet. - Fullscreen video respects the screen's insets, with a clearer screen when a video cannot load. - The rest timer starts without waiting on the save, and a pending edit is not lost on submit. - "Apply Previous" uses the most recent training date and stays on the exercise you opened. - Opening a session from the consistency heatmap no longer traps you in History. - Your next check-in is always named with a relative day, and trends drop questions your coach removed. - Other members' surnames are no longer shown in messages, pushes, or social screens. - Restored missing accents and translated strings across languages. Best Training App on Market

Constantly updating to improve performance, has reset options, nutrition, basically every exercise and if it is not logged you can add it. Super great!

Amazing

It is genuinely so easy to say how good this app is. It has so many features and options to choose from. If i had to nitpick i would say the food options arent great but everything else besides that is incredible

The best app for fitness

Genuinely idk what I’d do without this I can’t workout without it. You can track everyone fitness related, I would recommend it to anyone that goes to the gym even a little bit

great app!

overall great app! just wish there was garmin integration (and possibly any other wearable apps), beyond just the fitbit one. otherwise flawless and excited for the future of the app

Response from developer

We've been trying! Garmin really locks down their API access. We submit a request over a year ago to get access to it, followed up again after seeing this comment, still nothing. We won't give up though! - Jackson
