What's New in Tracked

7.3.0

July 21, 2026

Version 7.3.0 — voice notes, new home screen widgets, and a big upgrade to coaching from your phone. NEW - Voice notes. Hold to record, slide up to lock for hands-free, slide left to cancel, and play it back with a waveform right in the chat. - Two new home screen widgets. Quick Actions for jumping straight into the app, and a water widget you can tap to log without opening it. - Send photos in messages, set quiet hours so notifications wait until you're ready, and long-press any message for reactions and actions in a redesigned sheet. - Training and rest day nutrition targets. Set different calories and macros for each, and let the app do the carb math. - Weigh-in reminders, so you get a nudge on the days you plan to weigh in. - Backdate progress photos. Took it yesterday? Pick the date when you upload. - Isometric holds are easier to find, and show your hold progress as you go. FOR COACHES - Build a workout for a client on your phone and deliver it straight to them, with their recent exercises and context in the picker. - Turn a session your client logged into your own reusable template. - A rebuilt client profile: measurements you can add and edit, a weekly summary grid, progress-report controls, and their body data shown in your units. - Review form checks in a dedicated queue and reply with a video of your own. - Prescribe nutrition targets, a daily step goal, and a weekly cardio goal — with a live calorie readout and an estimated TDEE from your client's intake. - Meal helper. Build a curated food list and day structure, add a supplement guide, and assign it. - Assign a training program in one tap, guided by a setup checklist on the client's profile. - A redesigned check-ins tab with a stats strip and recurring groups. IMPROVED - Large videos now upload instead of being rejected, and set videos no longer sit on "Processing…" forever — they report what really happened and recover on their own. - Sleep and cardio dashboard cards lead with the number that matters, and appear by default on new dashboards. - Key Nutrients shows what you've had against your target instead of a percentage. - Messaging reconnects more reliably and keeps the attach button working while it does. - More reliable photo and video uploads, and faster sync after you log food. FIXED - Fixed a food-logging streak that showed 0 even with days logged. - Fixed custom food micronutrients shrinking each time you edited the food, and Omega-3 now adds up ALA, EPA and DHA. - Fixed a crash when favoriting a food, and a crash when uploading a file that had moved. - Fixed screens reporting "nothing here" when a load had actually failed. - Fixed taps stopping working after closing certain menus, and double-taps creating duplicate programs and roadmaps. - Bodyweight sets now accept a weight of 0. - Cronometer imports work again, and saving an image to your library no longer fails. - More of the app translated, plus lots of smaller crash and sync fixes. Easily the best free training app on the market

I’ve been using Tracked for around 2 years now, i’ve tried around dozen different apps and nothing compares to tracked. the app has a very beginner friendly interface which you can adapt to as you go, allows to create your own exercises free of charge depending on what your gym has, can track sets, reps, RIR, rest exercies (pro feature), there is also a weight tracker , progress pic section, body measurements , step tracking and recently a top notch food tracking section as well. Much love to Keenan and his brother, app is peak❤️

Worth ur time

Around a 2.75 / 5

Buggy and exercise selection isn't great. The UI and scheduling feature is good. Best way to describe this app is jack of all trades but a master of none.

Best training app

Literally has everything you want. The developers also clearly care about the app and are continuously trying to improve it

BEST APP EVER

Keenan‘s Tracked training app is the best app to track workouts and nutrition. I suggest paying for Tracked pro it makes the app Way better. The app does bug out here and there, but I’m sure he will fix that. Overall it’s a fantastic app
