Sketchy and Annoying
1) The app demands to enable your location information to “discover” devices to always. Otherwise it does not connect and I have to enter the readings manually (which I do). That is a violation of consumer rights. The app shall allow me to select only use my location “while in use” to connect to the device.
2) The people monitoring your readings continually call to “let you know they are receiving the readings and ask you to report any problems”.
3) When the app used to connect before it demanded the always setting, it would connect only when pressing start (not when the device was turned on) and report the readings twice.

Apparently, the app updated.
Once the app updated, there was no getting back into it. Called the phone number. “We are working on it.”
Adding things I don’t have to track
App is not connecting to phone & is randomly changing my tracking
Also not able to record heart rate manually. Reloaded app & attempted reconnecting without success. iPhone is not showing in selection for pairing. Unhappy customer.

Jumper
iPhone cannot locate Jumper BP machine
App & Monitor Connect Terrible
Have a Jumper branded BP monitor and this app and that device combination is terrible! App disconnects from monitor all the time. Forces me to redo reading multiple times and if your screen locks while recording- it disconnects! Frustrating at best!
Cumbersome and does not work consistently
I was able to get one BP measurement and one at home. After that the device cannot be located with blue tooth connection. They will keep calling you and bothering you if you cannot take a measurement. If your doctor asks you to get this debt ice please decline it. Regular machines just work fine. This is a waste of time. I wonder if they are charging Medicare arm and leg for this.

Apparently they won’t do anything till you connect wit a doctor from their lust, and they are all in Texas. Not a great plan if you live in Minnesota! Should give more details up front. Deleted app.
