Staff are quitting because this app causes frequent mistakes which affects their paycheques. Especially on overnight shifts.

Cannot view previous shifts
I strongly dislike how I cannot view any previous shift I have worked.
I can only see shifts that I am currently working or will be working in the future.
This is an issue because the scheduler can change my hours without me noticing.
I have gotten notifications about my shift times being changed, but I cannot see what has been changed.

This app sucks keeps telling me I used this password before. Randomly logs you out this app is horrible.

Slow AF
This app is slow AF. Trying to log in and it takes up to 10 seconds to finally log in. Worst part about this app is it logs you out after a certain period. When you arrive to work exactly at the start time and try to log in you're met with a log in and password screen which makes your anxiety shoot through the roof

No dark mode toggle
I don’t see a dark mode toggle or a way to make it easier to read for those that are visually impaired if that could be fixed in a update I would be happy about that
horrible log in
The password I have will randomly just stop working and when I try to reset it it doesn’t accept any other password saying “password has been used before” when it never has. i’ll input a super random set of numbers letters special characters and it’ll still say i’ve used it before. only way to log in is to close and re open the app like 5 or more times until it just logs you in which is not very convenient when you’re trying to clock in or clock out on time.

App functions as poorly as website
Got logged out for whatever reason and upon attempting to log back in am forced into as password reset. When I got reset my password it tells me “password has been used before” no matter what I put in. I tried reporting this issue on the website, but upon trying to report the issue the drop down bars don’t work properly.

Hate this app
Does a system reset and my guards have to have corporate help to get back into the app. This was a horrible decision by our company to attempt this mess. I don’t have time to stay on the phone with my officers and management while I’m off duty to get my officers clocked in and the system hours worked out for this app not working properly. This is causing supervisors to work off duty to manage their scheduled employees times. Ridiculous. Poor management in the app. Not recommended.

Panic Button
App is awesome but there are two points for improvement. 1st is a serious problem of Panic button. It should be activated by double or tripple clicks instead of one or long press. Frequently the button is being pressed while on patrolling or keeping in pocket and making unnecessarily emergency situation and person at duty becomes guilty while on backup call support.
2nd point , there must be a screen lock button while we are on patrol. Its too irritating once touching screen accidentally while on patrol and some other option pops up and disturbing our patrol. Please add one temp screen lock button which must be on or off by long press .

App using fraud technique
I belive this app uses fraudulent methods to take money from guards and employees, they do this by one way. They log you out randomly, especially when you have work and are on site, they will purposefully log you out so you can’t clock in, their login page and password requirements are stupid. If I could invest in this company going bankrupt I would, I pray whoever implemented this faces their due portion for causing this.

Bugged & 0 notifications.
I don’t get notified of shifts and the app is bugged.
It had yesterday set as the current day, and failed to notify me of an upcoming shift that was scheduled to me the same day.
Therefore, I got absolutely NO EXCPLICIT NOTICE that there was a shift on that day.
I go into the settings and ‘notifications’ has been set to on. There just aren’t any. Wow.
