Super Glitchy

Downloaded this app with high hopes for something to help track energy, but immediately after downloading and giving permission to track things, it froze. I tried deleting it from my phone and re-downloading it—it did the same thing.

This app saves me

I downloaded this because it’s one of the only health pacing apps I could find that doesn’t share any health data with a 3rd party. It’s so simple and easy to use and it helps me so much. Thank you for making this free, private, and updating it with new features!

Best Pacing app for prevention and for learning what causes PEM

Truly excellent interface, watch integration, ease of use and variability of depth and nuance possible with a clunky UI upfront. At a glance can tell me where and how I am over exerting so I can shift real time to prevent PEM. I think this is one of the most hopeful tools I have found and hope that it will remain functional and available- this is the kind of thing that should be celebrated and subsidized. There is little tech that so succinctly helps a patient learn more about their own condition so well - thank you so much to the developers/programmers!

Mostly wonderful app!

Great app if it serves your purposes! This app would almost be perfect for me except there doesn't seem to be a clear way to view your progress over time. But It does allow you to compare PEM over time! I'm mostly focused on trying to track overall improvements over time so if they added this feature into this app it would be perfect but it lacks that feature so I probably won't use it. But It's also free which is amazing for someone who isn't able to work because of their CFS!

Excellent app frrr

Anyone who’s on the journey of a better well-being and struggling with chronic stress/fatigue should try it
(Especially caused by workaholism)

Amazing and helpful for managing your condition. Incredibly-easily adjusted

Developers,I love you,you have made my days bearable

Trackuility 5 stars

The pacing app gives all the information I need to pace myself throughout the day. It helps if you understand the concept that your heart rate indicates the energy you’re using at the time. Apple Watch provides the app with the necessary information and you can set your own parameters so you get alerts on your watch when you get close to, or over you acceptable energy output. I’m already finding I can tailor my activities to avoid post exercise exhaustion (or PEM). I love the fact that I can have the app on my phone for easy reading of data, and get alerts on the watch when I don’t have my phone with me. Highly recommend this app.

Five Stars

I rate the Trackulity app Five Stars and strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to track their activity level and symptoms easily and use it to inform their planning and gauge how they are doing in their pacing efforts. As a bonus, this type of tracking has also helped guide any conversations with my medical team regarding my activity and symptom level. Also, as a SUPER bonus, this App is available for free, which is a blessing to anyone unable to afford costly tools ~" me."

I first got the Trackuility App in September of 2022. Writing a review has taken me this long because I've had to experiment to learn my thresholds for each measurement. The boundaries I've set through experimentation are heart rate, average walking speed, total step count, total walking distance, stand time, and total active energy consumed. As I continue using the App, I observe the other measurements available to set thresholds for these.

How I use the Trackulity app:

I've conducted many experiments to implement strategies learned in my ME/CFS & Fibromyalgia Self-Help Class. Through these experiments, I've identified each threshold for my boundaries set on the App.
I use a timer to remind myself to check the App during a physical task. This review is when the 15-minute and hourly information provided by the App becomes very handy. It's when I adjust my daily schedule and check symptoms to see if I can do more activity or rest more.
I review my entire day. Have I stayed within my boundaries, or have I gone over? With this information, I plan for my next day. This is also an excellent time to review the "Last 3 Days" feature. If any measurements indicate orange (caution) or red (Oops, I've gone overboard, SOS), my schedule needs to be adjusted, extra rests added, and only leave room on my agenda for my ADLs (Activities for Daily Leaving). My plan in the following months' experiments is to not proceed with physical activities until my "Last 3 Days" indicators show green. I'm curious to see how I feel physically doing this consistently.
Last but not least, I love the "note" feature added to this App. The PEM reports don't lie; when I'm feeling symptoms, I can make detailed notes that inform the next steps. These also help me when communicating symptoms with my doctor since brain fog can be my enemy when trying to remember why I feel how I do on a specific day. For example, I went over all thresholds on Sunday. Although I felt fine on Sunday and yesterday (Monday), I haven't been feeling well today. If not for this tracking app, I would have been confused. I haven't done much today or yesterday. However, my PEM report indicates that I overdid on Sunday. Now, it makes sense, and I've planned accordingly.
Final Thoughts:

Before I began pacing my days, I lived in a constant cycle of overdoing and crashing. The Trackulity app is helping me plan my days in an informed manner to avoid this cycle. It serves as a dashboard where a glance can help me make better choices, contributing to the healing necessary for continuous improvement. Thank you, Adrian Tyrevall, the developer of Trackulity, for this wonderful and practical tool. I appreciate your responsiveness to the feedback I have shared about the App.

Great tool for pacing

This is the best app I’ve found to help me manage my severe ME. I love the concept and execution of this app. It is helpful to see so much data in context and customize alerts for stats such as hr, steps, up time, and audio levels. It’s especially great to be able to log PEM and use the graphed data to adjust pacing limits. Having multiple time periods with different limits is a unique and essential feature.

This is still a relatively new app so I’m excited to see where the developer takes it. Some features I’d like to see would be tracking resting hr or HRV, manual log of external factors such as cognitive exertion or time meditated, and cycle tracking.

It would be nice to have a watch widget that displays the factors in which you’ve reached the warning or critical threshold.

As is or as it could be, I highly recommend this app for anyone with ME/CFS or long Covid and is interested in using biofeedback to help you pace.

Great activity tracking

Perfect for activity tracking and nice display of data summary. Would love it if there was a way to track symptoms too, if so then it would be a easy 5*.
