Fantastic

This app has been a lifesaver for treatment of my SIBO with leaky gut. My dietician put me on a low fodmap, low histamine diet and I was already vegetarian which left my food options very limited. This app is helping me make appropriate food choices and follows along with Monash University low FODMAP research and recommendations. It evaluates my dietary intake and my symptoms and helps me understand what works for me. I highly suggest this app to help guide your healing process

Really helpful

I love that it helps me to track which foods are triggers and ties them to symptoms and output (BM). Very clear and easy to use with helpful reminders to log food. I’ve only been using for 2 weeks so I don’t have a plan yet but amazing that it will help me create one. Will update my review when I have a clear plan.

Made a difference for my symptoms

I switched from pen and paper and the AI noticed that fructans were a trigger for me. Very useful.

Great app for food re-introduction

I love this app! It’s been super helpful to keep track of my food and symptoms. The way it logs food is so easy - I can just take a picture of my meal or verbally dictate it. The AI has been super instrumental to my recovery process as it recommends safe foods and re-introduction pathways

This app helped me expand my diet, which is why I made it!

Hi, I’m the developer of the app and I’ve been living with IBD (UC) for 10+ years. Conversations with Claude helped me identify how I might improve my gut health, and I wanted to bring that experience to others. I hope the app helps you as much as it did me.
