It does not allow me to sign in, nor does it recognize order numbers to show tickets purchased on my laptop. Useless.

Was looking forward to Trailways finally getting an app since they moved everything online. But it’s completely useless. Won’t let you sign in. They seem to find ways to make everything difficult.

Doesn’t work

Yup, as stated by other commenters, you can’t log in and so you can’t access your account or earn points on your trips. I’ll stick to the website.

Cannot even sign in with your account. Maybe it’s great once you’re signed in but I’ll never know.
