### Backend migration - Migrated from the v2 BFF backend to improved v3 backend with native passwordless authentication. - Retired all v2 flows. The app now runs entirely on the v3 architecture. ### Authentication - Passwordless sign-in via 6-digit codes delivered by email or SMS. - Phone number management: add, verify, change, or remove a phone number for SMS code delivery. - App lock with 4–6 digit PIN and optional biometrics. Locks after 2.5 minutes in the background. - Multi-tenant support: switch between tenants and server codes without signing out. ### New features - **Home page** — Profile hero card with time-of-day salutation, recent activity carousel (NoWs and bunches issued), vendor link cards, phone status row. - **Store** — Browse a product catalogue, view product details, build a quote with a cart, and submit the quote for sales follow-up. Available to managers and above. - **Tutorials** — Browse categorised training content including video, YouTube/Vimeo embeds, Markdown articles, PDFs, and images. Full-screen embed player with device rotation support. - **Approval routing** — Create and manage escalation rules (chain, unanimous, any-approver) that govern how NoW requests are routed to approvers for specific sites. Available to managers and above. - **User onboarding** — Invite new users with role, zone, and vendor credential assignment. Approve or reject self-registrations. Available to tenant admins. - **NoW enhancements** — NoWs now have a series of execution events that allow; on/off site logging, incident reporting, work evidence photos, a general chat w/ managers/admins. - **Job reports** — View completed NoWs as reports with access timelines, and export as PDF or JSON. Available to managers and above. ### Redesigned features - **NoW submission** — Multi-step wizard with site selection, work/access type, scheduling (immediate or multi-day), health & safety disclaimer, and summary review. - **NoW approvals** — Combined approvals page with NoW and user-approval tabs, badge counts, escalation countdowns, and slide-to-confirm approve/reject actions. - **Key bunches** — NFC seal scanner, multi-step bunch registration with item entry and tag writing, bunch list with filters, and bunch issue/return workflows. - **Support tickets** — Create tickets with category and description, view conversation threads with admin replies, and resolve tickets. ### UI/UX - Floating pill-style bottom navigation bar with contextual tabs (Home, Seals, Approvals). - Frosted-glass end drawer with user profile, feature links, admin section, and system switcher. - Transparent scaffold with session-wide background wash and glass-style widgets app wide.
