Good For Schedule Check
Been working for Transcom for 3 years now give or take and this app has always made it easy to view and access my schedule. Just saw how low the reviews were. Wanted to leave a 5*, always works great for me.
Can’t submit comments
It will be asking for your mood today however, the comment section is not even allowing us to submit our answers. What’s the purpose of the comment section if it doesn’t have any other option to click on submit?
Does not work
Not able to open the app, it is stuck at the logo. Tried reinstalling 10 times now. Can we please pay somehow so that you can hire a developer ?

Compatibility
The app is good itself, convenient and easy to access, can you please make it convenient to the ones who doesn't have a high spec phone like optimize them to the older phones. Thank you very much!

This is an awesome App! I believe! But can you create a chat support window? For our teams at least? It would be great to communicate with our peers! ❤️

Been with transcom over a year still can’t use this. Says invalid.

Issue Accessing App Content
New Hire here. I’m having an issue accessing the content after logging in using my email credentials. Login was successful but right after, it stuck on loading screen. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but still getting the same issue.

App is not compatable with iPhone 11 pro. It get crashed right away. Please have a checked.
Biometric Log ins
Previously this section was working. I’m not really sure what happened. I have updated the app, and I did check it again. Still my biometric login/out is not in sync. No information. 😭

It would be better if work sched is available as well with the app
