Its a scam!!! Dont use it ever. They will hold your money stoped responding it doesnt matter its 20€ or its 200€. Live support doesnt exist. You will be send to other ,, live agent,, that doesnt exists. Save your money move around this scam company

The transferred amount is alwas less than the amount they promised. The make hidden deductions. Extremely bad customer service. They ask some private documents (unsecure to share them) for solving problems. I suggest to try different options for better and cheaper service.

This app is a scam 40eur was sent to me in Uganda for over 24jours now and they sent the sender a receipt saying the money has been sent to the receiver but I did not receive any money this app is a scam

They are accepting transfer… after 1 business day they are asking 3 month bank statement!!! and transaction is not going through… why you need theee month bank statement cor security reasons?! you have to verify person I understand… I was sending to myself!!! this is crazy!!!

Leider was mir nicht gefällt, nach 2 Überweisungen wird der Wechselkurs Währung stark reduziert und verändert, zb. Wenn der kurs 1€ =50 ist wird reduziert auf zb. 1€=47. daher ein Stern Abzug ansonsten ist das Geld sofort auf konto und mann hat mehrere Auswahl wie man zahlt. ich bitte daher die wechselkurse immer auf den aktuellen stand zu geben.

L’application bloque l’envoie de fond vers l’étranger car il me dit que le numéro de carte ne correspond pas alors que c’est le bon. Le service client dit que l’on sera remboursé rapidement mais je n’ai toujours pas reçu l’argent sur mon compte. Je déconseille fortement

Цей сервіс просто краде гроші
Зіткнувся з неприємною ситуацією. Перерахував вручну гроші на їх акаунти в Monzo для подальшого переказу. Через декілька днів бачу що транзакція expired бо нібито до них не надійшли гроші. Мій банк підтвердив переказ, але їх служба підтримки некомпетентна взагалі. Вони вимагають proof у вигляді якого не існує в сервісі Monzo. Іх співробітниця не знає як відкрити csv файл і вимагає далі pdf хоча працівник банку підтвердив що виписку у форматі pdf для окремої транзакції неможливо сформувати.
