Senior Railcard option doesn’t work!
For some reason the app does not allow me to add my Senior Railcard. I could add or remove any others (if I had them), but not this one. Seems a problem that should be fixed.
Caution altering purchase
Basket does not clear if you go back and change something so could have purchased £225 worth of tickets instead of £55.

As other reviewers say, the Save My Card details option is not available meaning you have to type in the full card details each time. Please add this feature again and it’ll be a 5 star review.

Add to wallet not working
Just bought some tickets, but the “Add to Apple Wallet” button doesn’t work - briefly shows a swirling icon, but nothing appearing. Apple Pay is still not supported on the website (it used to be, it then stopped working, and is now not offered).

All good except. Your support is abroad the lady couldn’t understand me, so I hung up on her no point having a call centre that can’t speak English especially when your so expensive to travel

Having to ‘book’ a return train time for an open return ticket is annoying and causes wasted time. App was much better before the update

Open Return
Last year up until April I was able to do open return tickets on the app but last month and this month there option for open return is not there.

The app still doesn’t remember payment details so I still have to input everything each time.
The other fault is that it isn’t possible to save all the tickets to my apple wallet at once and again you have to do them individually. The tickets also don’t appear on the Lock Screen…until they do at about 11pm!
