Absolutely useless- since update I cannot access my sons account and neither can the bus company. Cannot top up and no one knows how to fix it. Time for a new app!

The app glitches very little and has only made me late 1 out of 5 years.
Useless App
Very bad UX. Sack your developers and use AI for a better version.
Good, then not so good
Worked well for 2-3 days, now it doesn’t show any operators, or any of my favourited bus routes. Force closed several times, with no luck.
Notifications useless
Subscribed notifications just say "0". That's it. Just the number zero. If I tap, it takes me to the map but I don't know what the message notice was for.
