Good, then not so good
Worked well for 2-3 days, now it doesn’t show any operators, or any of my favourited bus routes. Force closed several times, with no luck.
Notifications useless
Subscribed notifications just say "0". That's it. Just the number zero. If I tap, it takes me to the map but I don't know what the message notice was for.
Worst UI of any app
Who made this it’s terrible. The bus stops aren’t in order they are in alphabetical order. If you go to track your trip you get stuck in the selection page and can’t go back so have to close app and start again. Are the developers even using this app.
The top up payment is too high!
I, a student have to top up my card for school but the issue is I barely go on buses that aren’t mine but when I do I have to add money on my card and I find it so annoying to see that I have to add at least $10 which my not seem much but i think it’s better to only top off at least minimum of like 2. Most of the students aren’t going onto other buses that need $10.

Utterly Useless. Won't work on older phones, even though versoins were availbale that did, gets stuck in update loops, looses user's info making a complete re-registration necessary.
New update ruined app
The newest update has totally frozen the app. Was working fine up until that point. Now I can’t get past the loading screen. Have tried multiple time to delete and reinstall the app with no success. Please fix the issue
My Transportme App isn’t working
When I opened the app it just shows the bus logo and just the screen, I’m a student and I almost missed the bus today because I couldn’t open the app properly. Could you please fix it ? Thanks From student

Honestly it’s kind of a pain to get started, but after that, I found it really reliable

This app has been accountable for all the times I have missed the school bus. The tracker is laggy, inaccurate or just generally doesn’t work. I have missed the bus 7/8 times past to weeks not knowing if the app is accurate or not. Some days it will say that the bus has not left the station when it is past 8:20 and others it will say the bus is on the other road when I’ve seen it past me. This app idea was good but clearly it has been rushed and hasn’t been prepared correctly.

Misleading information
This is one of the worst app I ever came across. Bus number is not matching what it is. Cannot find the real bus. Useless

Bus arrival alerts come well after the bus has come and gone
Bus arrival alerts have got worse. While the duplicate alerts have been fixed, the arrival alerts now come well after the bus has left the stop, making them useless.
Multiple alerts have gotten worse
In the last week the multiple alert issue has gotten worse, with no response from the developer.

Can’t Log In to App
Keeps telling me to update the app to login. But this is the latest version. Tried deleting and reinstalling but same error.

Tried two different email account, multiple times .. still no confirmation email in inbox or junk mail 🤷🏻♂️
Clunky non iOS UI with no redeeming features
Simply horrible to use, breaks every usability rule and denies the experience of using iOS’s features like quality sign on, secure Apple Pay, Transit card management, watch support oh and it uses Google’s horrid marketing maps to ensure your privacy is MIA. Don’t get me started on the massacring of accessibility, it’s shameful! This developer is giving iOS users the middle finger.
