This company is a complete waste of time. Even though I was told they are the biggest credit report company in the U.K. it’s obvious that is used because it’s the cheapest. You cannot register as the system although in English will only allow you to register if you are a Hong Kong resident. Their call handlers are unhelpful, the virtual assistant only replies saying I’m new so cannot help and when you email you get an automatic reply saying they will not be able to reply due to high demand. Why is a Hong Kong based company managing and reporting to companies in the U.K. when U.K. residents are unable to register.

Tried to open account and asks for mobile number , it will only let me enter 8 digits off my number !!!! Totally useless
Ridiculous!
I’m at a loss of what the point of this app is. So, even though you can change the language from Chinese to English, you still can’t use the app as to sign up because you need a Chinese phone number and a Chinese ID which makes it inaccessible if you live in Europe. So, so foolish and a complete waste of time unless you have Chinese credentials!🤷♀️

Buggy App
The app is buggy with many missing features, such as unmapped strings. The authentication flow is also confusing - the login page asks if the device is trusted (and authenticates with biometrics), but still requires an OTP on every log in.
