Uygulama çalışmıyor

Haftalık üyelik için 7.99 GBP ödeme yaptım. İçerikleri indirdim. İlk içeriği dinleyebildim. Uygulama açılmadığı için diğer içeriği dinleyemiyorum. Yarın seyahatimin son günü. Uygulama çalışmazsa yine ücretimin iadesini istiyorum.

Couldn’t cancel the subscription

I couldn’t cancel my subscription. The cancel subscription page doesn’t work. I send a email for this but they didn’t response

Hello, subscription cancellation can only be done through the Apple App Store (the app where you have written this review) and not through the Piri app. Please go to your Subscriptions page to cancel and manage your subscriptions. Have a good day.

iPhone 13 ile çalışmıyor

Uygulamayı daha önce iPhone XR cihazımla sorunsuz kullandım. Birkaç tur sarın aldım. Ancak iPhone 13 cihazıma kurdum ve birçok şey çalışmıyor. Eski satın aldıklarımı geri yükleme yapamıyorum. Ayarlar kısmında birçok fonksiyon çalışmıyor. Uygulamada bug var sanki.

Great concept worthless execution

I found out about this app in a newsletter I subscribe to which is sent to blind people. When I downloaded it and opened it, I liked the content that was on offer, but when I tried to subscribe, my subscription never showed up, and I couldn’t restore it from The iTunes Store. Therefore, I never had it show up in the app that I even had a paid subscription. You really need to fix this for your subscribers. Thank God I was using a gift card and didn’t actually pay 14.99 a month of my own money for that subscription with taxes that actually came out to a little over $16 a month.

Don't bother, all tours are paid and not cheap!!

Hello, Piri Guide has both paid and free tours. The tours are very reasonably priced, but do not take our word for it, see it for yourself in the app. For each tour, you can listen to the first 3 stops for free before making any purchase.
