Too many glitches/ logs you out constantly

Terrible app
This is the worst app my company has EVER found. We are trying to upload expense receipts and this stupid app will do like 5 and then says please contact support……. Like no, work you piece of junk. Then you close the app, and it might decide to work again might not. This is on cell signal and wifi. Working with my company now to delete and find something else.

Takes too long to upload receipts. The app times out & often doesn’t retain the photo copy that was uploaded.
Clunky
Not intuitive for users - clunky - awkward functionality
Glitchy also - I have used a lot of similar apps for expense reporting - cannot recommend Travelbank - other options are way better

I’ve tried using this app for some time. It’s got more bugs and issues that prevent timely use and cases frustration. It isn’t intuitive and with their change to only support businesses with 10 or more users, it is completely useless for small businesses (<10) or individual users.

Nice app with some minor issues
General issue with merging transactions between manually uploaded receipts and personal card transactions. Will not recognize any similar transactions and the screen most times is completely blank. Another minor annoyance is after putting notes in to the expense the screen travels all the way back to the top which makes me have to scroll it all the way back down every time.

Can’t revise reports?!
I’ve had this app since 2019 and think it’s great except for one glaring issue: once I put together an expense report, it seems impossible to edit it except for the name. So if you forget an expense or need to add another receipt, there doesn’t seem to be any way to do that without creating a whole new report from scratch. I emailed support about this a while back and never got a response and as far as I can tell, that’s just how it’s designed. Perhaps this is intentional for some corporate context, but I mostly use it when submitting expenses for other institutions that host me for events so it looks like I’m gonna have to look for a different app.

App has not worked as intended for several months now and the company clearly does not have the resource to support a solution. How a mobile travel expense solution isn’t focused on fixing the mobile app speaks to their overall lack of customer support.

Best expense and travel app in the market
I’ve used more than a dozen and this is the best all-in-one expense and travel app that is designed really well. It’s very easy to use.
Good Improvements
Really love what you’ve done with the receipt scanning, makes life a lot easier. But the app is not configured well for tablet and I end up doing most of my expense reporting while flying from my mobile device so this is fairly inconvenient. Would love to see a tablet version that mimics the same interface as the web portal.

Garbage app and program
No drag and drop for merging the receipt and expense. There is not a master receipt bank you can drag and drop expenses. The expense does not have enough info to track down the gas station that you either can’t find a receipt for or it did not upload correctly.

Not yet ready for prime time. Support is spread way too thin. Calling to talk to an agent about expense management sends one to a call tree that has no options to discuss anything but “travel” and the chat has a bot sort that took 10 minutes to get through before having a 25-minute TWO question and answer session with an agent. Agent was friendly just too well insulated and must be spread too thin.

Very easy to search and quickly book flights and hotels. Easier and faster than many airline’s direct sites.
Not quite happy with the App
The Travel Bank App is difficult to use with my iPhone and iPad. It seems to work ok using a search engine on the internet.
