It’s just okay
Damage was to top of car. That’s not a choice on the app when selecting where the damage is. None of the scanning devices worked for me. I had to enter in details manually. Camera was always blurry and I have brand new iPhone 15 pro. Also no where to put in notes about camera is not able to show. So I had to write on paper and then take a photo. It’s a good idea but to be 5 stars UX needs to be better . Thank you

Don’t listen to the adjusters or use this app
Take your vehicle to a body shop and let them do their jobs. This app has you take “5 pictures and a video” according the travelers adjusters. It actually has you take 9 pictures and then once it is “submitted” it asks for 20 plus more that are “required to complete your claim”. The only problem is they are not required because Travelers will provide and estimate based on the 9 even though you tell them you would rather have the body shop complete the estimate.

So easy and convenient. Very pleasant experience.
I was stressed about making a claim because I’m always so busy. I just run all the time. I didn’t want to have to take hours with an adjuster and get behind at work. In less than 10 minutes I was done and back to my regular routine. Simple and even kind of fun.
Great UI and Easy setup!
So far this app has been a dream. It explains the steps in perfect details and gives clear, easy to understand instructions on pictures and video requirements. I will update as I go on through this process.
Efficient and quick
This app was very self-explanatory and easy to use with my iPhone. The photos’ guideline outlines helped with positioning the phone camera for acceptable photos. The quick download and simple instructions were very helpful.
Frustrating
While trying to file a claim, the app was not very user friendly. While trying to comment on a photo, the comments would not save and I had to re-enter each one several times until I figured out how to save them. You have to navigate to the VERY END of the claim process in order to then go back to an individual picture and save a comment.

Just Used This App
We have a claim and I just downloaded and used this app. It was very easy to use for someone that is not fully up to speed with technology.
Horrible
For what I am paying they can send an appraiser. Pain in the neck to download. Does not capture damage to show the true nature . If the shop finds more damage then I have to submit more paperwork. Why pay for insurance when I’m doing their work. Total inconvenience. Time to start looking for a new carrier if I have to do their work . If I could use no stars I would so I have to use 1 star

Great Addition to Cain Service
I was a little reticent to use this app for the minor claim on my car, but it was very easy to use. I haven’t received a response to my reporting yet but I’m hoping the estimate is accurate and will cover the repairs.
More video either longer or ability to add.
Please make the video clip longer or the ability to add one more 30 second clip would make it easy walking around so you could actually see all of the damage.
App Needs Upgrade
The app is not horrible it is just not intuitive. Every picture I took said it was blurry and did I want to retake it or use the blurry one? This went on with every picture I took so I used what the app indicated was blurry. One of the things it kept asking me for was the actual vin # barcode that the app indicated was on the inner driver side door of my 2022 GMC pickup. There was no barcode or vin # on the inside of the driver door. There was a vin # between the driver side front and back doors but you couldn’t take a pic of it. Lastly upon review, I could see all of the pics I took and not a single one of them were blurry.

Not easy to use
I’m an app programmer myself so I’m not someone who’s not savvy. I couldn’t get the VIN to scan so I just entered the number, which came back as invalid, so I clicked Next and the next screen gave me the option to take photos. Why wasn’t that option made available instead of scanning in the first place? Then when taking a video I initially disabled the microphone and started recording, and then decided I wanted to record my voice. I had no option to go back and enable my microphone. In fact there were no “back” buttons at all. Very frustrating!

Awesome app!!!
This app made a stressful situation SO much easier! I kinda avoided doing it because so many apps annoy me, lol, but once I did it I felt exceptionally silly for having put it off! Super-easy to use, this app leads you through a very simple process that documents your car’s damage. Have been super-impressed with Traveler’s handling of my accident, from the very beginning on. Love me some Traveler’s!!!

Picture App
The app is a great way to record the damage to my vehicle. It made it easy to take the pictures of the damage. The only difficulty I had was getting down low enough to get good pictures of the bumpers. I think the app is terrific!
Virtual Car Appraisal
Easy to follow directions. I like how I was able to upload numerous photos and a video as well. I wonder, though…if everything can be seen that needs to be fixed and / or replaced. Thank you for this option.
Travelers auto claim app
Very easy to use and follow directions. Took less than 15 minutes and if this can be used to speed up a claim for the company and the customer- it’s fantastic. Great job Travelers…
Easy to use but….
The app is easy enough to use if you were in a fender bender and only had one point of contact. I had a very large tree fall on my roof and could not pick the roof as a point of impact, nor all the other damage like both side doors. I also could not get past the odemeter section. I had live power lines on my car so starting the car was not an option.

Very convenient app
Instructions were easy to follow and it imported the identification information from your text message which was great. The only improvement I can make would be to have a short the ability to explain photos that may not be as self-explanatory as you’d like.

This app is so convenient and easy to use! I would recommend it for anyone, young or old. If you know how to use your camera, you’re already a pro.
