Worst card
App has been down for two weeks now, I’m stuck with password reset. Imagine we carry this card for travel.
Worst card and customer support ever i faced in my life.
I don’t have choice for Zero Rating. I am giving Zero rating for this Travelez card. Pathetic customer support and Never works when needed. I request all that never get this card.

Please do not make the same mistake I did. Horrible service, literally forces you to do their job for them, and still does nothing. Every time I want to buy something or withdraw it declines, every single day. Very stressful especially in a brand new country. Unreasonable restrictions (only 3 withdrawals per week, I don’t even know the daily limit because every staff tells me a different number but very low) Now my money is stuck with this useless bank.

Prepaid Travel Card keeps getting declined
We just recently bought this card hoping it will work abroad as promised. But, only first 4 transactions went through. After that, card is getting declined for atm withdrawals and purchases.
Have called customer service twice and they said card is active, but why is it not working? Surely something is wrong with it.
This app doesn’t show status of card. I can’t even change default currency to CAD as it is set in USD.
Not a great experience so far.

Useless card
I got this card as a third card as before I was using Al Ansari prepaid card and I was very happy to use Al Ansari card in UK and France.
This time I got TravelEZ of Alfardan and it disappointed me as it declined tapping many times.
I contacted my Alfardan branch and they told me to contact helpline.
Now how I can contact from US.
This was my bad experience of using Traveles card.

Repeated decline upon tapping
What a horrible travel card, put me in embarrassing situations where card kept declining when tapping in restaurants or public transportation, only works on insert option, horrible card, never again

You will go through hell to get back your money
From my personal experience i don't recommend it. If you want to unload your money you will go through endless visits to the branch and waste hours and be charged for your money.
Don't use it, you will regret.
