Company is incompetent and deceitful, denying valid tax refund claims
The app is terrible with no real documentation of claims submitted. However, beyond the app being written by someone who has no basic understanding of modern communication, the company themselves engage in dishonest practices to withhold valid tax refund claims. Sadly you cannot pick what disreputable company a vendor chooses for VAT refunds but these are surely the worst out of the over dozen I’ve used.

Used this app to get tax free from Spain. Scanned receipts at the airport, flew away, downloaded this app, registered with a provided code (in a receipt), filled in the card information and got money in a few days
Worst app I’ve ever used
I doubt the development company did any usability test. I was directed running between different places to get my invoices validated and still couldn’t confirm that I would get the tax refund. None of the staff knows about the app and can’t confirm how to scan the invoices in the app.
The worst taxi refund experience
Terrible user experience. The only way to request a refund is through the chat function, and it’s not even easy to find past messages with customer service.
They claim to respond within 72 hours, but that’s not accurate—I waited 5 days with no reply and had to reopen a new chat just to get a response. On top of that, the dates shown in the chat history were incorrect.

無論網頁或app,都只是一直在loading,過了一個小時，連註冊都無法完成，根本無法使用，非常糟糕的系統。
