Opting out of Travelocity
I have been a member of Travelocity for over 20 years but my experience with your staff in the past several trip scheduling has been terrible to say the least. They are in compassionate, rude and unhelpful. I will pay a little extra and buy directly from the airlines but not deal with you guys. You have become the WORST!!!’

Easy, trustworthy, fast.
I’ve only used Travelocity for the past 5 years and it’s always been easy, never sketchy and quick to book with great prices.
Fraud.
I booked a flight through Travelocity, got a confirmation number, went to board, the airline had no record of my flight. Bought the suggested insurance, was no use. Travelocity was no help. Total fraud.
Horrible experience
If you are thinking about using Travelocity for a rental car I wouldn’t. We booked through them and when we got to the rental place we were told that we can not drive the rental to our destination. That we had to have Travelocity transfer the reservation to Hertz. We called Travelocity and they said they couldn’t transfer the reservation and we were on our own. It’s crazy that they would allow us to book through a place that has restrictions and not ask us if we are traveling to one of the restricted states. Save yourself the headache and book through the rental place directly or use someone else.

Motel… you get what you pay for
Motel 6 Oceanside CA… the price was affordable. The staff was great. As for the room… dirty and not kept up. No hot water in sink, shower had hot water but was dirty. Toilet ran a lot. Phone did not work (cord fell out of handset). Mattress very uncomfortable. Lounge chairs by pool were all broken. So if you choose this Motel be warned. Served its purpose but not for people who like nice clean accommodations.

The host at the desk was full of personality and called me by name BEFORE I checked in. The room was huge and extremely clean. If I had to correct anything I’d say that the shower needs more pressure- but I’m sure they are regulated and have few options. I’ll definitely return.
Flight Issues
We recently booked air travel through Travelocity. The initial process went smoothly. Unfortunately, after that things went downhill. Shortly after making our reservation, we realized that we needed to move our return date up a few days.
So, I contacted customer service via email - because there’s no live person to speak to. We went back and forth, but we were finally able to make the change. There were no changes made to our departure.
Here’s the problem- we show up at the airport for our departure flight and find out that the customer service rep. had cancelled our flight. We had a confirmation number and everything, but we were no longer on the flight!
After an hour, I was still texting customer service trying to get on another flight without success. I asked the rep to call me, so we could talk through it. He wouldn’t call me. Finally, the airline agent got fed up and took my phone. She texted back and forth with the guy for at least 20 minutes. She ended up getting us booked on a later flight and then moved us to the next, earlier, flight out.
From now on, I will make flight reservations directly with the airline.

Best Travel Agency Ever!!
Have used Travelocity for many years. They have done some amazing things, such as getting me on a flight after one was canceled,and the other flight was nearly full. They’ve been able to meet all my travel needs to date! I think people under- utilize their travel packages. Give them a try, and I believe you will see that they can save you quite a bit.

Can’t fix their apps
Can’t log on properly can’t find my trip after booking it sent my stuff to some random email and now I can’t access my booking to change it if I need to!! I will never use this again!!!

The hotel was certainly more than we expected… located 1 block from Louvre… many nearby restaurants and cafes… the staff was accommodating and extremely professional. We loved our stay and look forward to staying there again

I love Travelocity and it gets me everything I need.
My adventure
When I first started traveling, I didn’t know where to start so I googled a couple of apps that will help you purchase tickets for the cheapest price and Travelocity was one of them and what made me pick them because my favorite color is blue and that’s the color of their logo I never had a flight council on me. It never was a misunderstanding at the airport once I got there. From the purchase that I made with Travelocity and they always help me find things to do when I’m in a different. Thanks, Travelocity.

Great option
A bit pricey but comparable to other hotels nearby which are not as nice. Close to the OSU campus. Only con is that you have to pay for overnight parking and it is $35 a night.
Took long and the price kept going up and up!!
The booking took too long and the price kept going up and up. Had to constantly restart the booking. It took 2 hours to book this trip
Fort Myers
Booked plane ticket and rental car. With all the rental car options onsite Travelocity gave me an option not at the airport - had to wait for a shuttle in 97degrees for 15-20 minutes. Not ideal
